Yi Marketing (pronounced "Yee") is a boutique social media marketing agency serving health, wellness and beauty brands.

Terms of Service SMM International LLC DBA Yi Marketing Effective Date: April 1, 2026

1. Agreement By engaging Yi Marketing's services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Yi Marketing provides social media marketing services as outlined in your service agreement. Specific deliverables, timelines, and guarantees are defined per client agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Monthly retainer of $997 due on the 1st of each month

Ad spend paid directly to Meta — separate from retainer

No refunds on retainer once services have commenced

4. Guarantee Terms Yi Marketing guarantees a minimum of 20 qualified new client leads within 60 days. If this is not achieved, Yi Marketing will continue services at no charge until the guarantee is met. This guarantee requires:

Minimum $500/mo ad spend active throughout the period

Client cooperation in providing access, approvals, and feedback within 48 hours

Accurate tracking mechanisms in place

5. Client Responsibilities Client agrees to:

Provide timely access to social media accounts and assets

Approve ad creatives within 48 hours

Maintain active ad spend throughout engagement

6. Intellectual Property All creative assets produced by Yi Marketing remain property of Yi Marketing until payment is received in full.

7. Limitation of Liability Yi Marketing's liability is limited to the monthly retainer paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Client remains responsible for fees during notice period.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
